Deep Cleaning

Ceiling fan blades (wiped, reachable)
Cobwebs removed
Blinds dusted all window sills (wiped)
Moldings, woodwork (hand wiped)
Baseboards (wiped)
Lamp and lampshades (dusted)
Pictures and knick-knacks (dusted and hand wiped)
Furniture hand wiped (top, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
Light fixtures (hand wiped in place / not removed)
Top of refrigerator (wiped)
Outside of appliances cleaned /inside microwave
Stove cleaning outside (Inside extra)
All cabinet fronts cleaned
All doorknobs (wiped)
Light switch plates (wiped)
Countertops and backsplashes (wiped)
Mirrors cleaned
Tub / Shower Tiles and Tracks cleaned
Wastebaskets (emptied / washed/relined)
Beds Made (Extra Fee)
Stairs (vacuumed, and mopped if non carpeted)
Floors (vacuumed and mopped)
Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)

Kitchen

• High dust removing cobwebs

• All outside of appliances washed

• Kitchen counters, sinks and faucets cleaned and disinfected

• Trash removal and proper disposal

• Outside Cupboards spot checked removing grease and fingerprints

• Windows spot checked removing fingerprints, water spots and patio doors are washed

• Light switch plates washed removing fingerprints

• Baseboards dusted 

• Floors vacuumed with floor attachments and moped 

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• All areas are cleaned and pillows are fluffed and straightened.

• Wood furniture is dusted. If requested and provided by the customer, we will polish the furniture with the customer’s polish of choice.

• Glass top tables are cleaned.

• Glass in the entrance way door is cleaned.

  Floors/Carpet is vacuumed with floor attachments and moped 

• Sliding glass doors are cleaned on the inside and outside, weather permitting

Services Not Provided

• ​Laundry of clothing but we do offer bed laundry service

• Pet walking/sitting

• Animal or Human excrement

• Load/Unload Dishwashers

• Taking apart oven doors for cleaning

• We do not supply a toilet brush as that is unsanitary to use from home to home.

• You are required to supply any other cleaners or cleaning tools that you prefer.

   

The Fine Print:
​We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
Cleaning is by appointment only.
We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
