Why should i hire L&T Cleaning Company?

L&T Cleaning Company has been providing local residents with residential and commercial cleaning services since 2016. We’ve cleaned hundreds of homes and commercial properties! By now, we’ve perfected our formula for great service. We know that you’re an individual with circumstances that are entirely unique to you. We help you identify what your needs are, and then we provide you with services that have been specially designed just for you.

Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies?

Yes we carry our own cleaning supplies non- toxic and we also carry our own hepa filtration backpack vacuum cleaner. We do not supply a toilet brush as that is unsanitary to use from home to home so we recommend one in each home.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We sure do! Guaranteed satisfaction or we’ll clean it again, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

How will you gain access to my home?

We ask to leave a key or granting access via a keypad or choosing to be home during the cleaning.

What should I do with my pet?

If possible, introduce your pet to the house cleaner before their first visit, especially if you won’t be home during the appointment. Depending on the introduction, you may want to crate the animal or ask the cleaner to leave the animal in a safe spot outside and then let them back in before leaving. 

How often should I have my home cleaned?

We offer regular housecleaning on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.
